I just cleaned my garden beds up and was feeling lazy about ignoring the summer garden. I do this every year it really should be looked at like our winter, a time to rest from the garden.

Each post I have read is well written and to the point. I would also like to say, not only are the posts well written, but the design of your site is excellent. I was able to navigate from post to post and locate what I was looking for with ease. Keep up the great work you are doing, and I will return many times in the near future.

Those bean beds came with the frame, but it's just aluminum pipe connected by tees. The base of the frame actually holds the corners of the bed together. Try Gardener's Supply for their grow beds, although I don't think they carry these bean beds anymore. That's what they were called - bean beds, and maybe if you Google that phrase you can find them somewhere. It has a raised bed frame that's about 2' x 4' and 10" high. Good luck!

Marian, what an inspiration your blog has been today. Those of us who have any degree of "fear and trembling" about starting a garden (from seed even!) would have those doubts eliminated by reading your very informative, very entertaining, well written blog today. I look forward to what you share and value your recommendations!
